Sublimated Tracksuits Manufacturer for EU & USA
OEM & ODM tracksuits for wholesale buyers, sports retailers and brands in 30 countries. In-house knitting, cut-and-sew, full-panel sublimation and QC — from sketch or tech pack to labelled, packed cartons.
Fexwear is a sublimated tracksuits manufacturer producing OEM and ODM tracksuits for wholesale buyers, sports retailers and brands in 30 countries. Founded in 2010, we run our own in-house knitting, cut-and-sew, sublimation and quality-control lines, and we take a tracksuits programme from a rough sketch or a finished tech pack all the way through to labelled, packed cartons — with minimum order quantities starting at 10 pieces.
A tracksuits order is two garments that have to match. The buyer is not ordering a top and a bottom separately; they are ordering a set, and the set has to look like a set when it comes out of the bag nine months later and a shop assistant puts it on a mannequin. That single requirement — that the top and the bottom match, in colour, in fabric hand and in size grading — changes how the whole programme should be specified, and it is where most tracksuit orders go wrong.
This guide covers what we actually run across kids, women and men wholesale tracksuits, the fabrics that hold a match between two pieces, how full-panel sublimation solves the matching problem entirely, sizing across a mixed age range, minimum order quantities for wholesale, and the questions buyers ask most.
Tracksuit Categories We Manufacture
Four core ranges, all produced in-house with your artwork, colours and labels.
Wholesale Kids Tracksuits
As a trusted kids’ tracksuit manufacturer, we deliver a premium range sized for real children rather than scaled-down adults. Elasticated waists, adjustable draws and fabrics that survive being washed weekly by a parent.
Women Tracksuits
Need women’s tracksuits for urgent wholesale orders? We supply fitted and relaxed cuts, crop-length and full-length joggers, and colour-matched sets where the top and bottom come from the same dye lot.
Men Tracksuits
Discover top-quality men’s tracksuits built for a modern fit. Zip-through hoodies, quarter-zips and crew options, in heavyweight fleece for winter and lighter knits for the shoulder season.
Sublimated Tracksuits
Our skilled team uses cutting-edge sublimation technology to craft tracksuits where the graphic runs across the whole panel with no seam, no stitching and no cracking. The most reliable way to make a set match.
Sublimation Dyed
Crafted using advanced high-performance fabrics, our sublimated sportswear is designed to feature excellent colour vibrancy that will not fade, crack or peel.
Customized Labels
Create your own brand identity with custom size labels. Options include heat transfer labels, sublimated tags and woven sew labels, all produced in-house.
Pantone Matching
Design custom tracksuits with precision-dyed fabrics that match your exact Pantone color references, delivering consistent colour across every piece of the set.
Print Methods
Sublimation printing offers a seamless and natural appearance, while screen printing provides a tactile, raised finish. Direct-to-film gives full-colour detail on small runs.
Tracksuit Fabric Specifications: Weight, Composition and Hand
Core tracksuit fabrics
Polyester-spandex interlock (Poly 80 / Elastane 20)
The default for women and men tracksuits and for any style that needs to hold a shape through a full day. Light enough for a shoulder-season jacket, tight enough that the top and bottom sit together without one looking baggy. The elastane versus nylon trade-off applies: 20% is the balance most of our wholesale clients settle on.
French terry & loopback fleece
The main options for hoodies and joggers, and what a customer expects when they buy a tracksuit for winter. Both hold shape through repeated washing if the seams are properly finished, and both take a chest print or a full sublimation panel well. Our fabric selection guide covers how to spec terry and fleece without over-ordering on the wrong weight.
Brushed fleece and cotton-rich blends
For wholesale kids tracksuits, brushed fleece is usually the right answer because it is warm, soft against skin and does not have a fine weave that catches a fingernail — which matters when the garment is being pulled on and off by a six-year-old all day. Cotton-rich blends are also viable but must be specified as lifestyle rather than performance.
Interlock and ribbed knits
Interlock is the right structure for zip-through jackets and fitted tops because it lies flat and takes an all-over sublimation print without distortion. Ribbed knits give a second-skin fit and hide minor waistband lines. More on how jersey knit is constructed.
Finishes worth specifying
Moisture-wicking
Pulls sweat into the fabric rather than leaving it on the skin. Standard on performance knits, but specify it explicitly because it is not universal.
Anti-pilling
Important on fleece and terry, which is where pilling shows first on the cuff and elbow. A tracksuit top is usually the piece that gets washed most, so it should be the piece with the better finish.
Anti-bacterial / anti-odour
A silver-zinc or quaternary finish typically survives 30 to 50 washes before needing renewal. Ask what the wash count actually is, not just that the feature exists.
Certified fibres
Recycled polyester (rPET), recycled nylon or bio-based elastane. We hold BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX and SMETA for labour and social audit, OEKO-TEX for material safety, and ISO-based quality management. EU buyers often require documented sustainability credentials — ask which certificate covers which fabric.
Keeping a Set Matched
One fabric, one dye lot, both pieces
The most reliable way to match a set is to cut the top and the bottom from fabric dyed in the same lot, and to confirm it before cutting rather than after. We do this by dyeing to your Pantone reference and holding the lot for both pieces. If a set has to be reordered nine months later, we check the lot is still available, because a shade that matched in March may not match in December if the lot is gone.
Full-panel sublimation solves the problem entirely
When the design is sublimated across the whole panel, the graphic does not depend on two pieces of plain fabric being the same shade — the colour comes from the ink, so both pieces carry identical colour by definition. This is the single strongest argument for a fully sublimated tracksuit when the buyer is worried about matching, and it is why our printing methods guide puts sublimation first for full-graphic sets.
Hardware and trim consistency
Zips, drawcords, snaps and eyelets are all colour-matched to the garment, and on a set they should match each other as well. A charcoal zip on a grey top and a silver zip on the corresponding bottom is a small detail that a buyer notices immediately. We quote hardware by colour so both pieces are specified together.
Label placement across the set
Size labels, brand labels and care labels should sit in the same place on both pieces, even when the two garments are cut from different blocks. It is a small thing that a quality-control buyer will check, and it is cheap to specify correctly.
Print Methods Compared
- Best for
- Full-panel and all-over graphics, and any set where matching is critical
- Why
- Offers a seamless and natural appearance with zero hand-feel. Ink bonds into the fabric, so it will not crack or peel, and the colour comes from the ink rather than the base cloth — which is what makes a set match by definition
- Limit
- Requires polyester-dominant fabric
- Best for
- Chest logos, wordmarks and solid-colour graphics
- Why
- Provides a tactile, raised finish, which some buyers deliberately want for a premium look. Per-unit cost drops sharply above a few hundred pieces
- Limit
- Cannot reproduce photographic gradients, and a plastisol print does not stretch with the fabric — so specify a stretch ink for a fitted tracksuit
- Best for
- Full-colour images and complex artwork on small runs
- Why
- No screen setup, and it handles gradients and photographs that screen printing cannot
- Limit
- Cost per unit is higher than screen printing, and the film sits on the surface, so it does not feel like sublimation
Embroidery and applied trims
For the brand mark on a tracksuit chest or thigh, embroidery is the usual choice because it survives everything. On a stretch panel, specify a light thread weight and a backing behind the stitch so it does not puck, and check the embroidery does not distort when the garment is stretched. Woven and heat-transfer labels are covered in the printing guide.
Sizing Across Ages
Kids sizing is not scaled-down adult sizing
Children’s proportions are not proportionally smaller: a child has a proportionally larger head, a shorter torso relative to leg length, and less shoulder development. Scaling an adult block down produces garments that look like costumes. We build a separate kids block, and we recommend the buyer send a garment they already sell well so we can reverse-engineer it rather than guess.
Women and men blocks differ in more than size
A women’s tracksuit is typically graded with a narrower shoulder, a defined waist and a higher hip across the size range, and often a shorter body length. A men’s block is cut straighter through the body with a lower waist. If a range is unisex, we build a compromise block and tell you honestly which bodies it will not flatter.
Fit options
Fitted / slim
Skims the body, higher elastane, sized close to the body. The look most wholesale buyers want for a women’s range and for any style positioned as athleisure.
Standard retail fit
Follows the body with a small ease allowance. The right choice for wholesale where the size chart is all the shopper sees.
Relaxed
Deliberate ease through the body, and the most practical choice for kids and for winter fleece. It also hides a grading error better than a fitted cut.
Whichever you choose, decide before sampling and do not drift between fits across a range. If a set contains both a fitted top and a relaxed bottom, say so explicitly — it is a legitimate design choice, but it must be a choice rather than an accident. Our sizing and measurement blueprint covers what to send us, and the grading guide explains how the block is built.
Quality Control and Compliance
Three stages of inspection
Physical & set checks
- Stage one — in-line — cut panels checked against the size set as they are laid, which catches grading errors before they become sewn pieces.
- Stage two — sewing — seams, zip installation, drawcords and bar tacks checked during construction, catching skipped stitches and a zip that does not run smoothly.
- Stage three — final set audit — the top and the bottom of a set are compared against each other under daylight, side by side, which is what catches a shade or hand mismatch that a per-garment check would miss.
Test & packing
- Colour fastness to wash and sweat — sublimated panels tested to confirm the ink does not migrate or fade.
- Dimensional stability — samples washed and re-measured to confirm shrinkage is within tolerance.
- Retail-ready packing — folded, polybagged, size and care labelled, and barcoded with GTIN or UPC where your market requires it. EU buyers typically need a specific labelling set, so tell us your destination in the first enquiry.
Minimum Order Quantity and Wholesale Pricing
How wholesale pricing works
For wholesale the unit price moves on two axes, and it is worth understanding both. The first is volume per style and colour: the drop happens in steps, and the biggest step is usually at a few hundred pieces. The second is range breadth: a programme with eight styles at 50 pieces each is priced differently from one style at 400, because every additional style costs setup, pattern and panel time. The wholesale buyer guide covers how experienced buyers structure these tiers.
What actually drives unit price
Full-panel sublimation across both pieces costs meaningfully more than a single chest screen print, but the per-unit cost falls as coverage rises. At wholesale volume the gap narrows quickly.
French terry at 320 gsm costs materially more than a 200 gsm interlock, and it is the single largest non-decoration line item in the quote.
Every additional style and every additional size adds setup, pattern and panel-change time. Consolidating sizes with higher units per size is usually the cheapest saving available.
A zip-through hoodie with a lined hood and a colour-matched zip costs more to build than a pullover with a printed neck, and buyers should see both quoted.
We collaborate with 30+ trusted partners to minimize costs on material sourcing, production and label creation, so custom size labels and woven sew labels add relatively little at wholesale volume.
Volumetric and commercial details for EU & USA buyers
We ship to 30 countries, and EU and USA buyers should note three things early. First, labelling requirements differ by market, so tell us your destination in the first enquiry and we will build the packing spec in from the start rather than retrofitting it. Second, factory vetting is part of due diligence for most European retail buyers, and we can support that directly. Third, landed cost is what matters, not unit price — our outerwear case study shows how a supplier relationship changes the economics of a range rather than a single style.
Order Timeline: Enquiry to Delivery
Working backwards from a season launch
We review your design, confirm the fabric and construction, give a costed quote, and confirm what is achievable at your volume.
From sketch to sample: you send artwork or a sketch, we produce a sample for approval. We recommend sampling the set rather than a single piece, because matching is the whole question.
Samples come back with your written approval against a physical swatch, not a screen. Monitor colour is the most common source of disputes, and a set is the worst place to discover one.
Knitting, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing and set assembly. Two to four weeks is typical for a moderate order; complex multi-style programmes run longer.
Three-stage inspection including the set audit, packing to your market spec, and dispatch. Air freight is around a week; sea freight to Europe or the US runs three to five weeks.
Plan on roughly ten to twelve weeks from enquiry to delivery. Wholesale seasons have fixed launch dates, so if your date is immovable, tell us in the first conversation — we would rather decline a rushed order than ship something that arrives without time for your own check.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale tracksuits?
Minimum order quantities start at 10 pieces per style and colour, genuinely per design rather than per order, which lets a new wholesale buyer test a range before committing to a full season. Practical minimums rise once you add a full size run across kids, women and men.
How do you keep the top and bottom of a set matching?
Both pieces are cut from the same dye lot, and the finished set is compared side by side against the approved sample under daylight in our final inspection. If you want the matching guaranteed by construction rather than by careful dyeing, a full-panel sublimation takes the fabric colour out of the equation entirely.
Can you do children’s tracksuits as well as adults?
Yes, and we build a separate kids block rather than scaling the adult pattern down, because children’s proportions are not proportionally smaller. If you already sell a kids tracksuit that fits well, send it and we will reverse-engineer the block.
What artwork file format do you need?
Vector files — AI, EPS or PDF — give the best results. For full-panel sublimation, a high-resolution raster file at 300 dpi at final size is acceptable. If you have a garment you already sell, sending it is more useful than sending a sketch.
Can you ship to the EU or USA?
Yes, we ship to 30 countries including the EU and USA, by air or sea. We produce retail-ready packing and barcodes where your market requires them, and we build the labelling to your destination spec if you tell us in the first enquiry.
How long does sampling take?
Three to five working days for a standard sample. We recommend sampling the set rather than a single piece, because matching between the two is the thing most worth checking. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
Do you offer recycled or sustainable fabrics?
Recycled polyester (rPET), recycled nylon and bio-based elastane are available on request. EU buyers with retail compliance requirements should flag it early, because documentation and certification lead times add to the schedule. We hold BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX and SMETA, plus OEKO-TEX and ISO-based quality management.
Can we reorder the same range next season?
Yes, and reorders are the easiest part of the process. If the fabric is stocked or routinely sourced in our in-house production, lead times are predictable and reorders match the original run. We keep your pattern, trims and artwork on file. We also hold block patterns and trims so a repeat order lands on the same fit.
